Step into the role of

General Manager at Stag Lodge , one of Deer Valley’s premier ski-in/ski-out properties managed by East West Hospitality. This is a unique opportunity to lead an exceptional team and oversee the seamless operations of a luxury homeowners association and rental property known for its timeless mountain charm and exceptional guest service.

As the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of Stag Lodge operations — including homeowner relations, financial oversight, and staff leadership. You’ll ensure that every homeowner and guest experience reflects the high standards of both Stag Lodge and East West Hospitality.

Duties Include

Oversee daily operations of the homeowner's association, rental program, and property amenities.

Manage annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with organizational goals.

Lead and mentor department heads across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Owner Services.

Maintain strong, positive relationships with homeowners and rental guests, addressing their needs with care and professionalism.

Partner with corporate marketing, revenue, and accounting teams to optimize rental performance and owner satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and hospitality standards while upholding East West’s values of service excellence and integrity.

Collaborate with the HOA Board of Directors, preparing reports and recommendations for short- and long-term property improvements.

Location: STAG Lodge, UT

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Posting Closing Date: 11/15/2025 (or until filled)

Pay Rate: $100,000 - $120,000 Depending on experience

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in property, resort, or HOA management.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets.

Proven ability to build positive relationships with homeowners, guests, and team members.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Experience with high-end residential or resort properties preferred.

Familiarity with Deer Valley, Park City, or luxury mountain resort operations a plus.
