Eliot is seeking a
Program Director
to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Independent Living Program for court‑involved youth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in youth services and community‑based programming. This role involves teaching youth independent living skills, executing treatment plans and supporting and engaging youth in community, educational, medical, behavioral health, and vocational activities.
Responsibilities
Oversee every facet of the program’s operation including educational, clinical, medical and residential according to the program’s contract, DYS, DEEC and Eliot’s policies and procedures.
Conduct, ensure and monitor supervision, evaluation and professional development of staff.
Facilitate and attend administrative, staff, shift change, treatment, agency, department and divisional meetings.
Oversee and participate in orientation, training and development opportunities for staff.
Oversee fiscal management including petty cash and the program’s annual budget.
Develop and maintain positive, productive working relationships with funding and licensing and community relationships.
Assist youth in the development and execution of treatment and crisis plans.
Serve as a member of the on‑call rotation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, Master’s preferred.
Experience in a supervisory position with population.
Effective communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
Must be 21+, with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and emergency contact access.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm
$80,000 – $85,000 USD
