Senior Manager of Operations
We are recruiting for a Senior Manager of Operations to provide strategic leadership to the day‑to‑day management of a vertically integrated, multisite manufacturing facility. This position will oversee all operational functions: machining, production, assembly, warehousing, and shipping, ensuring alignment with the company’s long‑term growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership utilizing strategic and tactical oversight.
Foster a culture centered on safety, productivity, and cost‑effectiveness.
Define, track, and exceed performance metrics including safety, on‑time delivery, labor and equipment efficiency, scrap/rework rates, inventory turnover, and profitability.
Develop and execute operational strategies such as modernizing manufacturing systems and processes; identify and lead capital investment initiatives; provide support and acquisition integration.
Collaborate with multifunctional teams across operations and manufacturing to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Lead implementation and continuous improvement of ERP/MRP systems to support real‑time visibility and accurate data capture.
Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and drive transparency across operations.
Build and mentor a high‑performing operations leadership team.
Develop a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Extensive senior leadership experience (5+ years) in multi‑site manufacturing operations, with a focus on machining, production, and supply chain execution.
Proven success improving KPIs such as OEE, cost efficiency, and on‑time delivery.
Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and capital projects.
Demonstrated success in ERP/MRP system implementation and optimization.
Background in flow control or precision manufacturing strongly preferred.

Base salary of $175,000+ with an aggressive bonus plan.
