Project Manager in the San Francisco Civic Studio. Focused strength in creating and producing successful projects in Public Safety and civic building types. Direct communication with Client project representatives. Implement a project work plan following BRW’s project management process. Generate and track project schedules and deliverable requirements. Monitor project fee budgets and job costs. Coordinate production and quality reviews of Contract Documents. Proactively communicate with project team consultants. Oversee the performance of architectural staff team members. Clearly and consistently communicate team roles, responsibilities, and schedules. Check‑in with team members to maintain engagement, job satisfaction, retention, and role development. Benefits
