Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Pharma Commercial Analytics – Data Architecture! In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in Life Science Analytics, with expertise in Data Architecture (Snowflake, AWS), DevOps. Also, plan to integrate with Visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. Responsibilities

Design modern data architecture on Snowflake, leveraging AWS native services. Architect scalable data lake, data warehouse, and data mart structures. Define data ingestion, transformation, and consumption workflows. Design for real-time, batch, and near real-time data pipelines. Design cross-service integrations between AWS and Snowflake (S3 ↔ Snowflake, Glue ↔ Snowflake, etc.). Enable auto-scaling, fault tolerance, and cost optimization. Define and enforce data governance policies and standards. Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and fine-grained access in both Snowflake and AWS. Ensure data encryption at rest and in transit. Align architecture with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.). Manage data lineage, metadata cataloging, and data quality frameworks. Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines. Design semantic data models to enable BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Partner with stakeholders (IT, Data Science, Engineering, Business) to align architecture to business goals. Lead data architecture roadmap, adoption of best practices, and technology evaluations. Act as the Snowflake and AWS subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams. Monitor Snowflake/AWS warehouse usage, query performance, and auto-suspend/resume. Qualifications

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by factors including the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities; geographic location; and internal equity. “Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role.
