Physician Recruiter
that will be tasked with operationalizing the recruitment process, creating a robust pipeline of physicians, recruiting top talent, and ushering them through the recruitment process through offer. About Midwest Vision Partners

Responsibilities
Recruit for MD and OD candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Doximity, association career sites, inbound inquiries, etc. Manage the recruitment process including conducting initial phone screens, coordinating video interviews and on-site visits (itinerary, as well as logistics i.e. booking travel), as well as drafting and delivering offers and employment agreements and negotiating to close. Attend major Ophthalmology and Optometry conferences. Plan and coordinate events at ophthalmology and optometry conferences, inviting prospective doctors to attend. Optimize HubSpot (CRM) and inbound sourcing. Position Qualifications
2-3 years of Physician Recruiting
experience required. Previous physician recruiting experience preferred. Experience with ATS optimization, job boards, LinkedIn search, and other recruitment tools. Operates with a sense of urgency and empathy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. What We Offer
