Human Resources Representative will be the primary contact and support for employees regarding HR policies and procedures and handle questions related to compensation and benefits administration.
Responsibilities Manages onboarding/offboarding process
Employment and compliance, regulatory concerns and reporting
Employee orientation, development, and training
Assists in Policy development and documentation
Company employee communication
Assists the HR Manager in employee safety, welfare, wellness and health programs
Assists the HR Manager manage LOA processes, documentation and communication
Assisting the Human Resources Manager with implementation of policies
Filing, appointments and recruiting schedule
Assisting the Human Resources Manager with the development of a superior workforce
Assisting with the development of an employee-oriented Company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
Desired Skills and Experience Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources
Competence in various Human Resources functional areas; recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources
Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
Demonstrates an elevated level of judgment and discretion
Self-starter, with a "let's get things done" attitude
Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense
Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
Great attention to detail
Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a positive attitude
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Associate/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline is required
Paycom experience- Preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR certification - Preferred
