Litigation Of Counsel Positions in Major Cities We are seeking Of Counsel candidates with 7-9 years of law firm experience to join our litigation practice specializing in legacy liability and receivership insurance recovery. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating insurance coverage disputes related to long-tail liability claims, including asbestos, product liability, toxic tort, and environmental damages. This position can be based in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Miami, Dallas, Houston, or Los Angeles. Active Bar membership is required. Salary Range and Compensation For positions in NY, CA, and Washington, D.C., the salary range is $225,000 to $435,000. The actual salary will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience, expertise, and market factors.
