Vensure Employer Solutions Position Summary
Responsible for new product development and production release/support of power management integrated circuit (IC) products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Extensive product development experience with power management IC, knowledge of wafer fabrication, assembly, qualifications, and production ATE test. Lead a cross‑functional team (design, applications, marketing, quality, reliability, test) for product development, qualification, release to production, and market. Interface effectively with cross‑functional team, establish credibility, and drive successful new product releases on time. Work with CQE, QRE, and internal/external sub‑contractor fab/AT sites to improve probe and final test yield, analyze low‑yield lots, verify customer returns, and implement corrective actions for continuous quality/reliability improvement. Travel up to 25% as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hands‑on experience and in‑depth understanding of commercial and automotive semiconductor IC qualifications. Experience with semiconductor IC development flow (design, fabrication, qualifications, assembly, test). Good knowledge of block‑level semiconductor power‑management ICs and ATE test methods. Proficiency in ATE data statistical analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). Electrical engineering preferred but other science/engineering degrees acceptable with relevant experience. Minimum of 10 years of semiconductor industry experience.
