Manager, Mortgage Servicing – TruHome Solutions* TruHome Solutions* has provided private‑label mortgage services to credit unions since 2004. Key Responsibilities

Manage all escrow, document custody, and lien release activities.

Hire, evaluate, promote, compensate, and manage escrow, lien release, and document custody staff members.

Ensure the timeliness and operational accuracy of all functions, including escrow analysis, tax and insurance disbursements, document custody and lien release processing.

Adhere to Federal and State regulations and time frames, updating procedures as new regulations are released.

Identify potential risks, communicate them to management and take appropriate steps to avoid risk.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships by providing high‑quality customer service to all internal and external customers.

Promote honest and open communication throughout the credit union.

Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the credit union’s values, philosophies, and leadership characteristics.

Work with other TruHome and credit union departments to ensure the workflow or process provides the best service to the members.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Proficient knowledge of mortgage servicing guidelines and practices.

Proficient background and knowledge of escrow account activity.

Proficient knowledge of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and RESPA Guidelines.

Proficient knowledge of mortgage servicing software.

Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.

Ability to self‑initiate and work independently without close supervision.

Strong ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts and miscommunication.

Knowledge of spreadsheet software and ability to use word processing software.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Must be able to be bonded.

Physical Activities Lift up to 20 pounds from time to time. Stoop, bend, reach, or stand for extended periods of time. Sit and use a computer for extended periods of time.

Working Conditions Work in a general office environment; may have to travel for visits to other credit union facilities or for training purposes. Overtime will be expected as needed.

Education/Experience Four‑year college degree with three plus years’ servicing experience. Previous financial institution experience in a related role is a plus.
