Clinical Registry Program Manager (FT, 100% Hybrid potential)-Days Hybrid schedule, 4 days in office 1 day home or 3 days in office 2 days home.

Role Overview Responsible for the administration, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of multiple cardiovascular and stroke clinical registries, including but not limited to:

Society of Thoracic Surgery (STS)

National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR) – CathPCI, TVT, LAAO (Watchman)

Vascular Quality Initiative (VQI) – Carotid Artery Stent, Endovascular AAA repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, Lower Extremity Amputation

American Heart Association (AHA) – Get With the Guidelines Stroke registry

New registries may be introduced each year with abstraction support from a third‑party vendor.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with system and hospital departments to ensure compliance with registry requirements and manage submission deadlines.

Manage data reporting for various service lines; monitor, evaluate, and implement changes in registry definitions.

Collaborate with IT and vendors to evaluate and update registry software and data analytics programs.

Assist with abstracting clinical data when required.

Ensure adequate staffing in conjunction with third‑party abstraction vendors to provide accurate, on‑time services.

Schedule and provide orientation, training, and development for vendor staff; conduct IRR and annual vendor evaluations.

Implement system strategies to improve culture, engagement, and maintain the registry program.

Facilitate clinical development and competencies for associates; support staff on all campuses and vendors.

Participate in quality collaborative teams (QCTs) and M&Ms to anticipate data needs and inform definition changes.

Maintain and implement proactive changes in registry requirements; plan and maintain departmental yearly budget.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to analyze problems and develop well‑reasoned solutions; manage data collection, analysis, and presentation.

Leverage lean, PI, and HRO tools to create efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of clinical registry abstraction experience in cardiovascular services.

BSN or Rad Tech degree.

CPHQ certification within 2 years of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cardiovascular services clinical registry abstractions.

Additional certifications as applicable.

Senior Level & Employment Type Mid‑Senior level, full‑time position.
