About the Role The HRBP Manager for the Evansville facility is a member of the Local LT team, supporting the consolidation of the HR function and culture for that location. The position reports directly to the HRD Supply & R&D for MJN and serves as a strong business partner to the local leadership team, driving strategy, culture, employee relations, ethical behaviours and organisational development. The role requires working in a matrix environment and managing practices and projects across the NA sites.
Responsibilities
Consult with managers and supervisors on HR matters such as performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training and development, talent acquisition, and retention.
Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage employee relations cases – grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations – ensuring fairness and compliance.
Coordinate with the corporate HR team and other stakeholders to implement HR programs and initiatives across the manufacturing centre.
Support the implementation of change management and organisational development strategies.
Stay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices and legal requirements.
Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to HR processes and practices.
Oversee HR projects from conception to completion, applying strong project management skills.
Lead change management initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
Experience We're Looking For
Minimum of 5‑7 years as an HR generalist or Business Partner, preferably in a manufacturing/supply setting.
Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of labour laws and regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry in the USA and Indiana.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (SAP, Workday, ADP).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and collaborate with diverse groups at all levels.
Mobility for career progression is preferable.

Salary Range USD $105,000.00 – $157,000.00
Pay Transparency The base salary range for this role varies based on experience, industry, training and education, and other factors permitted by law.
