Iris Memory Care of Tulsa is looking for caregivers (CNAs). If you love memory care and have a heart for seniors, we'd love to meet you!

Shift Availability:

Double Weekends, 6am - 10pm

10pm - 6am

6am - 2pm, Monday–Friday

We are a small, freestanding memory‑care assisted‑living community conveniently located off of the Creek Turnpike at E‑101st and Mingo. We have a small campus with a total of 54 residents split between three buildings. As a community focused on memory care, all of our residents are coping with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. We are an age‑in‑place community, so you will care for residents throughout the spectrum of the disease.

Pay:

CNA pay starts at $16 per hour; CMAs $17 per hour; ACMAs $17.50–$18 per hour. Rate is negotiable based upon experience. Priority will be given to candidates who have worked in memory care before.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, dining services, life enrichment programs, laundry and housekeeping, meal services, and other care services assigned, while encouraging self‑care and independence.

Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Offer comfort and support, emotionally and physically, to residents.

Assist with vital signs and weight monitoring monthly or more frequently as required for all residents and complete all required documentation.

Ensure residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere, recognizing individual needs and rights.

Assist with individual resident and group social‑recreational activities.

Qualifications

Must be an active member on the OK Nurse Aide Registry as a certified nursing assistant.

Minimum one year of experience working with older adults as a personal care assistant preferred.

High school diploma or GED required (12+ years of education preferred).

At least 18 years old, or older if required by state regulations.

Experience with dementia residents preferred.

Meet continuing education requirements and certifications on the job classification and position, including state requirements.

Ability and willingness to perform all position responsibilities adequately.
