What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across payer and PBM clients, including regional and national health plans
Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan that aligns with the employer's platform capabilities and client needs
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
Position the employer's full suite of offerings, including claims administration and analytics, to address critical operational challenges
Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately, and exceed growth targets
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions into payers or PBMs
Proven track record of new-logo acquisition and consistent achievement of $5M+ annual sales targets
Established relationships and a credible book of business within healthcare administration, claims processing, or analytics
Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value-based care drivers
Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
