Balance Point Wellness is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, Nottingham, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth divisions in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools. Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified part-time advanced licensed therapists (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, or Psychologist) to provide mental health therapy to children and adolescents in person.
Must have evening and weekend availability.
Therapist Job Responsibilities
Manage assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
Complete psychosocial assessments
Complete contact notes for completed sessions- All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR
Development of person-centered treatment plans when necessary
Monthly volume of service

Requirements
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
Must be licensed in Maryland to provide Mental health treatment
Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
Maryland state fingerprinting required
Highly organized and possesses time management
Candidates requiring visa sponsorship or those from out of state will not be considered
