Build relationships with candidate communities to maintain a pipeline of potential hires. Communicate frequently with Talent Acquisition/Clinical Recruitment and COE stakeholders to understand hiring manager needs. Identify, interact with, and screen potential candidates predominantly through social media and online professional network searches; organize and conduct online and phone interviews. Develop, test, and track recruitment strategies to create effective sourcing plans for top talent. Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Measure conversion rates, including passive candidates who turn into applicants, interviewees, offers, and hires. Request referrals from current employees and external networks. Promote our employer brand online and offline. Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System. Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities. Craft and send recruiting emails. Perform other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Good business acumen and acuity. Knowledge of industry trends and innovations related to sourcing and recruiting. Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking. Proficiency with HR databases, ATSs, and CMSs. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment. Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills. Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact across all organizational levels. Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates. Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills; attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proven ability to conduct online and offline interviews. Strong negotiation skills. Effective time‑management and organizational abilities. Self‑starter, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 10% of the time; work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Spoken and written fluency in English. Ability to exercise independent judgment. Education And Experience Criteria

BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or related discipline; additional experience may be considered on a year‑for‑year basis. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Agent, or in general recruiting. Hands‑on experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
