First Western is seeking a Loan Covenant Analyst to join our team.
As a Loan Covenant Analyst at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Banking and Mortgage team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.
What You Will Do
Financial covenant intake and monitoring (post-financials receipt)
Covenant calculation and compliance testing
Default identification, documentation and escalation
LOS exception clearing
Proactive covenant calendar management and outreach
Reporting, audit and compliance support
Adjacent portfolio support for maturing loans and construction monitoring
What You Bring
Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, loan structures, and covenant mechanisms.
Familiarity with BakerHill or other LOS.
Experience interacting with Relationship Bankers and Credit Teams in a regulated environment.
High level of discretion and sound judgement in handling sensitive borrower financial information.
Education Level
High School Diploma/ GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field (Preferred)
Experience
3-5 years Commercial credit analysis, loan review, or financial covenant monitoring (Required)
