Senior Vice President of Product, Projects, and Corporate Real Estate . Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership:
Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing direction and leadership for the organization. Plan, develop, implement, and monitor budgets, plans, policies, procedures, and strategies for product and service innovation, project management, corporate real estate, and facilities.
Product & Service Innovation:
Continually monitor and assess the competitiveness of all products and services against relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets. Establish and maintain credibility throughout the organization to execute and provide effective leadership over key areas of responsibility.
Project Management:
Oversee the implementation of project management excellence across the organization. Coach and provide constructive insight and guidance to the project management team. Support the execution of best practices within the Project Management Department to achieve business goals and ensure the smooth running of projects.
Corporate Real Estate & Facilities:
Ensure the effective administration of the corporate real estate portfolio. Lead the corporate real estate and facilities teams, overseeing strategies and processes related to real estate leases, facilities renovations, premises management, and team member movement.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to proactively identify issues and inter‑dependencies, and to devise effective solutions
Track record of success analyzing people processes, data and trends to make recommendations to business units and Senior Leadership to drive continuous improvement
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people including Members, team members, officials/directors, community leaders and groups, vendors, and other individuals and groups
Ability to lead, motivate, and direct team members
Excellent Project Management Skills Including
Planning, organizing and execution of project deliverables
Leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to work collectively to deliver results in a timely and effective manner
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with project teams, internal clients, and external vendors
Ensuring projects are completed as cost‑effectively as possible while meeting business objectives
Effectively communicating progress and escalating issues in a proactive manner
Maintaining thorough documentation and organization of project activities and files
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (master’s preferred) in business administration, or closely related field, with a minimum of twelve years’ experience in product development and project management, and a minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience.
Compensation: Base starting range: $222,000 to 255,000 annually commensurate with experience.
