Position Overview

To maintain and accelerate our trajectory, we need a senior program lead to drive key organizational transformations across our go-to-market organization. This role requires understanding the business and people strategy drivers across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and ensuring transformations are delivered cohesively, with a high degree of confidentiality and cross‑functional partnership. You will partner with senior go‑to‑market leadership to understand organizational goals, ensure cohesive planning, and prepare the business for continued change and evolution. Reporting to the Director of TMO, you will play a central role in ensuring consistency across enterprise transformations, driving alignment to strategic goals, improving processes around organizational impacts, and ensuring change delivers measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Drive TMO initiatives to deliver key organizational transformations
Lead cross‑functional program execution, partnering across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and operations
Understand business drivers and customer segments to ensure organizational transformations deliver both growth and efficiency
Establish and maintain cross‑program visibility, escalating risks to the appropriate leader or steering committee
Develop and refine standards, methodologies, and best practices for managing organizational change
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including business analysis, enablement, technical delivery, and change management—to define clear program scope, objectives, and deliverables
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, tools, and capabilities, fostering innovation and operational excellence
Manage relationships with senior executives to ensure alignment, visibility, and support for transformation objectives
Minimum Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in program management or go‑to‑market transformation, with deep experience in sales, marketing, customer success, or revenue operations
Proven track record of successfully managing complex enterprise programs from initiation to completion across multiple domains
Strong ability to influence without authority, driving alignment across senior stakeholders and diverse teams
In‑depth knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging VP and C‑suite leaders

Deep experience in driving mission‑critical, strategic initiatives at scale
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills tailored for executive audiences
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments
Strong background in go‑to‑market operations and agile delivery practices
Adept at balancing multiple critical initiatives while maintaining clarity of focus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

Salary Transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $138,200 and $223,630. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
