TOTAL COMP: $500K+++

Bonus : Discretionary, based on scorecard performance

Must Haves

Private Bank experience only (not wirehouse or retail banking)

Proven track record managing clients with $5M–$10M+ in assets

Strong investment-first mindset (not lending-focused)

Demonstrated ability to grow assets and revenueExperience with client acquisition, networking, and relationship management

For MDs: $7M+ in production; for Directors: $3M+ in production

FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or equivalent) and clean BrokerCheck

Strong understanding of asset allocation, investment strategy, and portfolio construction

Private Bankers

who are the “tip of the spear” in client acquisition and

Investment Counselors

who deepen relationships and drive asset growth. This is a long-term strategic opportunity with a strong compensation structure and room to build a lasting reputation.

Act as the primary relationship lead for HNW/UHNW clients

Identify and acquire new clients through networking and referrals

Partner with ICs and product specialists to deliver tailored solutions

Drive new asset growth, meeting goals for AUM and revenue

Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, family structures, and financial goals

Serve as a trusted advisor, coordinating across lending, trust, and investment teams

Investment Counselor

Partner with Bankers to deepen client relationships

Lead investment discussions, asset allocation, and portfolio reviews

Deliver customized investment strategies aligned with client objectives

Monitor performance, rebalance portfolios, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and tailored investment advice for UHNW clients

Collaborate with product teams and family office services for complex client needs

Contribute to net new asset growth and client retention

Compensation $300k to $350k per year annual salary.
