We raise the bar for treatment expectations by launching innovative therapies in psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, non‑radiographic axial spondylarthritis, and alopecia areata. The territory managers will be responsible for account‑based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for the Lilly dermatology portfolio.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the territory, reimbursement landscape, and utilize business insights tools to adapt to business needs.
Navigate the changing healthcare environment to understand accounts and influence key stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
Listen and adapt to patient and HCP needs throughout interactions, maintaining medical integrity.
Understand clinical information, disease states, product portfolio, and therapeutic marketplace to engage every member of an office/account.
Promote the entire product portfolio through patient‑centered dialogue and identify appropriate patients.
Utilize all business analytics to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals while adhering to internal policies and the PhRMA code.
Collaborate effectively with field and internal peers to create a coordinated customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Professional certification or license required if mandated by state; valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; no visa sponsorship.
Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non‑pharmaceutical) after completing an undergraduate degree.
Experience in specialty pharmacy distribution model and complex reimbursement environments.
Strong business ownership, selling/customer experience, execution/results, and account‑based selling skills.
Strong background in navigating integrated health systems and engaging staff members in accounts.
Must reside within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
Living within 30 miles of the territory boundary is required for eligibility.
Benefits Full‑time employees may be eligible for a company bonus based on performance. Compensation for this position ranges from $87,000 to $204,600, depending on education, experience, and location.
