Structural Co-op - Boston (Spring 2026)

Buro Happold . The program runs from January 2026 through early July 2026. As a Structural Co‑op you will work with bright minds in the industry on unique and innovative projects that inspire awe, transform communities, and help combat climate change.

Key Duties
Contribute to the progression and delivery of structural engineering projects
Undertake structural engineering analysis, design and calculations
Participate in project meetings
Assist in the documentation of structural engineering designs
Assist in oversight of projects in construction
Skills and Experience
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in structural, civil or architectural engineering with an emphasis on structures
Coursework in structural analysis, advanced steel design, advanced reinforced concrete design and earthquake engineering
Revit and 3D modeling skills (Rhino, SketchUp, etc.) are a plus
Interest in the built environment
Eagerness to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
What We Offer
Hourly rate of $22 to $32 per hour depending on level of education and geographic location
