Position Overview
We are hiring a detail-oriented and collaborative
SAP Purchasing Analyst (MM/PP/QM)
to join our team. This role will focus on supporting SAP Purchasing processes, with a strong emphasis on
Ariba
integration (excluding Ariba Indirect), supplier engagement, and acting as a key liaison between IT and the Purchasing department.
This is a fulltime, direct hire opportunity. You will be based in Thief River Falls, MN and relocation assistance is available.
Key Responsibilities Support and optimize SAP Purchasing workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Configure and maintain Ariba solutions related to supplier collaboration and procurement operations.
Serve as the primary IT contact for the Purchasing team, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth onboarding, data accuracy, and system integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Purchasing and Ariba functionality.
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance procurement systems and processes.
Document system configurations, process flows, and user guides for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience
in SAP Purchasing and Ariba (excluding Ariba Indirect).
Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing system enhancements.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve procurement efficiency.
Preferred Skills Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and QM (Quality Management) modules.
Familiarity with supplier onboarding and catalog management in Ariba.
Understanding of SAP integration points with Ariba.
Project management experience in IT or procurement-related initiatives.
