We are seeking a Cash Management AVP to manage the account analysis and billing processes for commercial banking treasury services clients. The role is responsible for analyzing commercial deposit account relationships, supporting pricing strategies, and monitoring profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate mastery of all core Cash Management products and strong knowledge of the broader Treasury Management product suite. Understand commercial/business clients to suggest, create, and customize product packages for different client verticals and segments. Maintain, configure, and run Weiland Account Analysis modules, including statement generation, repricing, exception handling, and reporting. Analyze commercial deposit account performance, collaborate with Client Services and Relationship management teams, and present findings with professionalism and clarity. Navigate multiple internal systems to research, gather, and organize client and product information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Identify areas of revenue leakage, service outliers, fee waivers, and irregular usage, and work with internal teams to correct these issues. Champion continuous improvement, suggesting enhancements to processes, templates, system configuration, and supporting audit, compliance, and internal controls. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
3-5 years (or more) of experience in treasury management, commercial/business banking, or similar. Demonstrated understanding and experience of Account Analysis, with hands-on experience using Weiland Account Analysis or a similar system. Strong understanding of commercial banking fees, interest & earnings crediting, and deposit account analysis. Experience in pricing, fee schedule development, and profitability modeling, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
