Position Overview:
We are seeking a
Senior Client Partner
to lead and expand our
Media & Entertainment practice
in Los Angeles and the broader Southern California region. The ideal candidate is a
strategic sales leader
with a proven track record in IT services, deep industry knowledge, and strong relationships with major
Media & Entertainment enterprises
such as
Netflix, Disney, Fox, Warner Bros., NBC Universal , or similar organizations. This is a
hybrid role
based in Los Angeles, requiring a hands‑on approach to client management, growth strategy, and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and expand relationships with key
Media & Entertainment clients , serving as a
trusted advisor
to senior IT and business leaders.
Develop and execute
strategic account plans
aligned with client objectives and technology transformation goals.
Drive
new business opportunities , manage complex enterprise sales cycles, and achieve annual revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Delivery, Finance, Talent, Leadership) to ensure seamless client experience.
Build long‑term client sponsorship across business units and negotiate multi‑million‑dollar contracts.
Represent the company in client meetings and industry forums, showcasing thought leadership and market expertise.
Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline, forecasts, and client engagement metrics.
Stay current with
Media & Entertainment technology trends , competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
required (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
10+ years
of client management, enterprise sales, or business development experience in IT services.
5+ years
focused on the
Media & Entertainment vertical
with proven success managing or expanding major client accounts.
Experience managing portfolios worth
$10–15 million
or more.
Proven relationships with
key decision‑makers
in Media & Entertainment companies (e.g., Netflix, Disney, Fox, Sony, Warner Bros., NBC Universal).
In‑depth understanding of
managed IT services , including Cloud, ServiceNow, AI/Automation, Application Services, and Infrastructure.
Excellent
executive presence , communication, and negotiation skills.
Must be
based in Los Angeles, CA
with the ability to work
hybrid
and travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT consulting or services firms (e.g., TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, LTIMindtree, Coforge, DXC, Persistent, etc.).
Prior experience leading
Media & Entertainment account portfolios
within an IT services environment.
Ability to build high‑level relationships across global client organizations.
