Associate Governmental Program Analyst
The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Nutrition Programs Branch, CalFresh Employment & Training (E&T) Section is recruiting for one Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) / Staff Services Analyst (SSA). The E&T AGPA/SSA is responsible for a variety of complex activities. The analyst will work independently the majority of the time, may serve in a lead capacity, and maintain effective and ongoing communication with management.
Key Responsibilities
CalFresh E&T policy development, implementation, and interpretation.
Lead/assist with legislative bill analysis.
Lead and facilitate meetings & presentations with program staff, CWDs, FNS, State Contracts, and stakeholders.
Lead/assist with special projects.
Lead/assist with the testing and creation of an Annual Plan Database.
Lead/assist with continuous State budget changes.
Research and analyze regulations.
