Technical Program Project Manager
12 month contract to hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Clara, California.

What You Will Be Doing
Provide immediate technical support for day-to-day operations on site or remote locations to division support team, TSE, field engineers, and lab technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex issues related to equipment, software, and firmware.
Lead new technology evaluation and testing in-house (SCLA and other lab locations) or alpha site ELS by organizing cross‑functional team with division engineer/support/supplier. Feedback learning to procedure, and operation for future opportunities and report result to management.
Understand new product design requirement from internal or external customers and bridge communication among division and supplier as a single point of interface for owning products and manage IP sensitive information properly.
Track issues in Jira database and report business critical to management.
Support validation of CIP product in-house and procedure.
Support firmware validation testing on lab system every major release or ad‑hoc critical bug fix timing to ensure readiness of delivery to BU integrated systems.
Work with Tech Pub team to validate CM procedures on the tool. Redline to feedback the change until completion.
Manage spare parts release status with ExH SBU and RSL restricted parts approval with proper technical communication with field team.
Manage parts receiving and shipping for test parts and communicate supplier PO order status with BU.

Works independently, with minimum guidance in only when management decision is required.
Lead multiple projects by leading functional teams.
Demonstrate depth of expertise in mechanical and electrical, and system discipline.
Possess general knowledge of hardware and software to perform hands‑on activities on equipment.
Lead cross‑functional team among internal company members and supplier and manage project progress.
Solve complex problems; exercise judgment based on assessment of technical analysis, risk, business impact.
Communicates difficult technical and non‑technical concept with internal and external parties.
Japanese or Vietnamese proficiency is plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in semiconductor industry 3 – 5 Years
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical Engineering
Travel: 20% of the Time
