Facilities Engineer

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
2‑4 years of experience in cGMP and/or FDA regulated facilities
Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BMS), Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
Perform and document maintenance and monitoring for the cGMP facility systems and equipment.
Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on the facility’s mechanical systems.
Operate the facility’s HVAC, DI, freezers & coolers equipment.
Conduct inspection rounds to ensure all utilities and equipment are operated and maintained per cGMP guidelines.
Manage small projects requiring excellent planning and coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
Execute quality‑related work such as commissioning/validation, impact assessments, NCs & CAPAs.
Adhere to all established SOPs and safety policies.
Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet KPIs.
Train new employees on equipment maintenance, safety, SOPs, and GMPs as needed.
Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and all applicable company, federal, and local EH&S regulations, guidelines, and policies.
