Position Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

About the Position We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for injured clients and a proven track record of handling personal injury cases from inception to resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with a strong focus on client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and more.
Conduct case evaluations, develop legal strategies, and negotiate settlements.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
Collaborate with legal staff and team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active CA bar license (required).
At least 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law (trial experience preferred).
Strong litigation skills, including drafting, negotiation, and trial preparation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A compassionate and client-focused approach to legal representation.
