Loan Processor / Title Specialist
Pay: $20‑$22/hr | Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite, 5 days a week) | Openings: 8 positions
Base Pay Range $21.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Join our client’s Title Team as a Loan/Title Operations Specialist and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely release of vehicle and equipment titles. With thousands of monthly transactions and service deadlines, your work will directly support customers by ensuring lien releases, corrections, and compliance are handled efficiently.
Position Overview The Loan Servicing/Title Specialists are responsible for releasing vehicle and equipment titles once loans or leases are paid off, as well as auditing and correcting title documents received from customers, dealerships, and DMVs. This role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage work queues and service requests with accuracy. All work is performed onsite at the Minneapolis office due to the secure handling of physical titles.
Responsibilities
Release vehicle and equipment titles after loan or lease payoff
Sign off lienholder information and send physical titles via FedEx or process electronic titles through DMV systems
Reassign lease titles, prepare bills of sale, and process power of attorney documentation as required
Audit incoming titles from DMVs and customers for accuracy
Research errors and prepare correction packets for resolution with dealerships, customers, or DMVs
Manage service requests (SRs) to ensure timely processing and adherence to SLAs
Qualifications
Experience in commercial loan processing, vehicle/equipment/mortgage title work, dealership title office, DMV, or title agency strongly preferred
Strong document review and audit skills with ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
Proficiency in Excel and comfort managing personal queues/pipelines
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and reliability
Work Schedule & Logistics Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑4:30 (30‑min lunch) or 8:00‑5:00 (1‑hr lunch). Occasional mandatory overtime (~1 hour/day during peak periods). Onsite only – physical titles are housed in the downtown Minneapolis office.
