Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor the plant level accounting team, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations
Own the month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
Analyze production costs and financial performance to support key business decisions
Develop, monitor, and report on budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures (CAPEX)
Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports with detailed insights for leadership
Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement scalable financial controls
Serve as the point of contact for external auditors and tax professionals, managing audit processes and ensuring compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements
Ensure all accounting practices align with corporate policies and support business growth
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA highly preferred.
7–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
Expert‑level knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and cost accounting.
Proven track record managing full cycle accounting processes, from journal entries to financial reporting.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into operational insight.
Proficiency with financial systems and ERP platforms.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of guiding teams and building cross‑functional partnerships.
A proactive, detail oriented mindset with a drive to improve processes and support business goals.
