Software/Web Developer
to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
Responsibilities
Design and implement business process modernization and improvements.
Coordinate and lead activities related to knowledge management needs.
Develop and maintain office‑specific tools and capabilities.
Conduct business process reviews, software testing, office workforce training, and website content management.
Work with desk officers to improve the design of user interface features.
Maintain awareness of other Agency knowledge‑management tools and incorporate them into office processes.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience in business process modernization, knowledge management, or process improvement.
Experience coordinating and leading engineering or specialist activities related to technology requirements.
Proficiency with web‑based technologies such as browsers, ColdFusion, ASP pages, HTML, object‑oriented technology, graphics software, and content management systems.
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
Preferred Skills
Experience with backend web development.
Understanding of technology requirements specific to international affairs and intelligence‑community coordination.
Experience with the Imagery Disclosure Tool (IDT), Request Action Tracker (RAT), or SharePoint custom workflows.
Proficiency with Java for front‑end and back‑end programming, Azure, AngularJS, and Angular 2.
Clearance
Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph.
