Clinical Supervisor

for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence. Location:

On-Site Clarity Clinic Arlington Heights - 2101 S Arlington Heights Rd, Suite #116 & Suite #185, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 Schedule:

Monday-Friday (On-Site) 11am - 8pm (three nights a week with one hour break). Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC) program therapists in the clinic\'s program, while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP/PHP program initiatives and performance metrics. Support Program Therapists that run IOP/PHP groups, who also provide 1:1 Therapy (as Primary Therapist) to assigned program participants. Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals. Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups. Work directly with the patient and families to ensure active and collaborative care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge. Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions. Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform (Advanced MD). Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care. Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey. Benefits and Perks

Full Time: Base (Salary) Compensation $70-80k+ commensurate to years of experience and licensure plus evening (p.m.) Shift Incentive. Qualifications and Minimum Requirements

Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD. Must possess 2+ years of experience supervising or leading pre-licensed Therapists (Masters level and Partially Licensed). Experience in group, family, and individual therapy. Experience working with an array of populations, diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders. Equal Opportunity
