Based in San Jose, CA, the RMA Coordinator works closely with all related departments to meet priorities on customers’ requests on a daily basis. This role follows work instructions to carry out assignments correctly and meet tight schedules. The primary responsibility is coordinating the return of customer products and providing excellent customer service to maintain effective business relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Handling defective parts and dealing with vendors for the RMA process Packaging and shipping coordination of incoming and outgoing power supplies Focusing on power supplies and related products for vendor return Physical inventory transfer within departments and inventory management Coordinating incoming and outgoing parts, and working to close open issues Focusing on outstanding RMA inventory with vendors for callback actions Working closely with vendors for special parts requests, FAR, and feedback for urgent cases Handling day‑to‑day RMA receiving activities Managing timely processing of RMAs to meet service agreements Maintaining daily productivity/workflow reports and open issues Assisting Customer Service with RMA authorization processing as needed Working closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service/Technical Support, Quality and Engineering as required Maintaining, reviewing and updating process documentation on a regular basis; creating new documents as required Reviewing current processes regularly and implementing new processes as required Qualifications
Minimum of an AA degree or equivalent working experience At least 3 years’ experience in the electronics or computer industry as an RMA coordinator preferred Excellent written and interpersonal communication and organizational skills Detail oriented with good time management Strong multi‑tasking and decision‑making ability Independent and a strong team player Proficient with MS Office Regular in‑office attendance is required. The successful candidate must be present in the office during standard working hours and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other on‑site activities. Salary Range
