Position Overview The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping fee strategies and driving financial insights for client engagements. This individual will partner closely with leadership and client-facing teams to develop competitive pricing proposals, build financial models, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative capabilities with business acumen and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to design pricing strategies and develop proposals for client opportunities, including formal RFP submissions.

Build and refine advanced financial models to evaluate pricing scenarios, margin impacts, and cost structures.

Translate complex data into dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready presentation materials that inform business decisions.

Coordinate pricing initiatives across departments such as Finance, Business Development, and Client Services, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

Maintain and update rate structures, discount frameworks, and fee arrangement templates within internal tools and systems.

Aggregate data from multiple sources to produce actionable analysis and performance tracking reports.

Conduct ad hoc financial evaluations in response to internal requests, urgent opportunities, and client negotiations.

Contribute to process improvements by recommending enhancements to pricing tools, data workflows, and reporting methods.

Assist in evaluating client profitability and matter performance, providing recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.

Support strategic initiatives related to financial planning, operational efficiency, and service innovation.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.

2–4 years of experience in pricing, or strategic finance out of a lawfirm or professional services environment.

Advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) are a plus but not required.

Strong foundation in financial analysis, modeling, and data interpretation.

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex information.

Effective written and verbal communication skills with comfort interfacing across leadership and client teams.
