Base Pay Range $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Wisconsin litigators looking for the sweet spot of comp and billables - this opportunity is for you! Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a top Wisconsin firm to add a Civil Litigator to their Milwaukee office. This is a great firm to grow your career at; strong mentorship, excellent resources, and a realistic and attainable path to partnership are just a few of the reasons why this firm has such a high rate of retention.

Qualified candidates will have at least two years of licensed experience practicing civil litigation. Candidates with 2 years of experience can expect a base of at least $160k for 1900 billables, with only 1800 being true client billables. Additionally, there are multiple types of bonuses available to increase your total compensation.
