Senior Operations Specialist – DLF North America
Location: La Crosse, WI
Overview DLF North America is recruiting a Senior Operations Specialist to support the logistics and operations team. The role is a key link between the logistics team and other departments, ensuring smooth administration and coordination of tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Create and maintain company-wide KPI reporting.
Purchase order creation and submission.
Support overflow sales and production orders.
Backup local logistic coordinator.
Engage in freight traffic monitoring as needed.
Escalate issues and ensure timely resolution.
Analyze workflows, suggest optimization strategies.
Develop or revise SOPs as needed.
Lead safety committee activities.
Assist with warehouse and office duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1‑3 years of relevant operations/supply chain experience.
Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Experience streamlining processes and eliminating waste.
Dependable and able to work overtime hours as necessary.
Preferred
Associate’s degree or higher.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Power industrial truck certification.
