Job Description
Zubie, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote full‑time position working 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers by managing a dedicated book of business, focusing on onboarding new clients, maintaining account health, conducting business reviews, driving renewals and expansions, and gathering testimonials.
Your compensation will be a base pay of $70,000 with an additional total compensation earning potential of $100k.
Responsibilities
Manage customer onboarding, drive adoption, support retention efforts, and assist with renewals and account growth opportunities.
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Support account plans by identifying opportunities, addressing risks, and ensuring alignment with customer goals.
Monitor customer health metrics and use CRM tools to inform decisions and track progress toward success goals.
Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to address customer needs and improve the overall experience.
Requirements
3‑5 years of experience in account management or customer success.
Relevant industry experience in automotive fleet, rental, or telematics preferred.
College degree preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, and/or Hubspot.
Experience delivering web‑based training for customers via phone, Zoom, or email.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Strong project management and prioritization skills.
Proficient in MS Office products.
