What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage customer onboarding, drive adoption, support retention efforts, and assist with renewals and account growth opportunities
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Support account plans by identifying opportunities, addressing risks, and ensuring alignment with customer goals
Monitor customer health metrics and use CRM tools to inform decisions and track progress toward success goals
Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to address customer needs and improve the overall experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
Strong communication, customer empathy, and problem-solving skills
Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Proven experience managing a dedicated book of business or similar role
Ability to use CRM tools effectively to track customer progress and success metrics
Availability to work full-time from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST

Experience in customer success or account management within the automotive technology industry
Familiarity with onboarding processes and customer retention strategies
