What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage customer onboarding, drive adoption, support retention efforts, and assist with renewals and account growth opportunities

Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction

Support account plans by identifying opportunities, addressing risks, and ensuring alignment with customer goals

Monitor customer health metrics and use CRM tools to inform decisions and track progress toward success goals

Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to address customer needs and improve the overall experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Proven problem‑solving abilities and customer empathy

Experience managing a dedicated book of business or similar customer‑facing roles

Proficiency in using CRM tools to track customer interactions and progress

Ability to work full‑time from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in customer success or account management

Familiarity with the automotive technology industry

Strong analytical skills to monitor customer health metrics

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including sales and marketing

A track record of driving customer renewals and expansions
