Monitor customer health metrics and use CRM tools to inform decisions and track progress toward success goals.
Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to address customer needs and improve the overall experience.
What is Required (Qualifications):
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Proven problem‑solving abilities and customer empathy.
Experience managing a dedicated book of business or similar roles.
Ability to monitor customer health metrics and utilize CRM tools effectively.
Availability to work full‑time from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

Previous experience in customer success or account management roles.
Familiarity with the automotive technology industry.
