Responsibilities
Collaborate with Engineers and Product Managers to implement functionality
Ability to meet deadlines and satisfy requirements from other Engineers and Product Management
Designing and delivering efficient and comprehensive best practices
Architect, deploy and help maintain cloud‑first, services‑first secure solutions in support of our next‑generation services, leveraging DevOps principles
Drive the security architecture and implementation for APIs and Microservices deployed on Kubernetes Services
Work with third parties and tools on Cloud security and compliance including regular security scanning, penetration testing
Architecting and maintaining multiple automated pipelines that build, test, security scan, and deploy various code bases
Communicate effectively and efficiently across all divisions including with the business, technical teams, and leaders
Analyzing and streamlining the existing DevOps practices
Simplifying the development process and operations
Qualifications A minimum of 10 years' experience in backup administration support for large‑scale environments specifically including:
10 years' experience installing and configuring backups
Working knowledge of advanced backup tools
10 years' experience writing scripts with a scripting language
Familiarity with DevOps and ITIL processes
Familiarity with on‑premise or Cloud‑to‑Cloud backup migrations
Working knowledge of database backup and restore on NetBackup, Backup Exec, and VEEAM
Preferred Education and Certifications
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
