Job Responsibilities
Implement and understand dealership sales processes.
Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
Present and demonstrate inventory effectively.
Maintain and update daily inventory reports.
Develop strategies to increase market share.
Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare and review monthly plans.
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly sales targets.
Stay informed about products, market trends, and certifications.
Proficiency with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is required.
Education and Experience
Experience, education, and prior sales training are advantageous.
