Position Overview I am a local State Farm Insurance Agent seeking an outgoing, customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. Do you aspire to run your own business, be a community advisor, and lead a team? As part of my successful team, I will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business knowledge, as well as sales and marketing experience. This mentorship can prepare you for a potential career as a State Farm agent. You will learn from an experienced agent, see what it takes to run a business, and help grow an agency. Responsibilities Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed. Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily. Develop skills necessary to operate a business.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive... Salary plus commission/bonus Health benefits Paid time off (vacation and sick days) Valuable experience Training in marketing property/casualty, life, health, and banking products Setting sales and growth goals Close collaboration with the agent to understand office logistics and role expectations Effective networking skills
