Job Overview American Senior Communities is seeking a warm, personal and driven Senior Lifestyle Specialist to guide new residents and families through the transition to our community. This position is responsible for achieving maximum occupancy while meeting goals related to sales, inquiries, tours, and move‑ins.
Key Skills
Supportive Presence: Creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents, prospective residents, and loved ones. Clear, effective communication with facility team, referral sources, and customers.
Collaboration and Communication: The ability to work closely with referral sources, administration, and families toward common goals.
Teamwork: The ability to work toward a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
Attention to Detail: Utilize facility CRM to identify, track, and foster relationships with referral sources to generate traffic into the community.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or three years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
One to three years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
Previous health care experience preferred.
