Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker, located in the Greenville‑Spartanburg‑Anderson, South Carolina area. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for handling day‑to‑day tasks including lease negotiations, brokerage services, tenant representation, and sales. The role will involve working closely with clients to meet their commercial real estate needs and ensuring seamless transactions.

Qualifications

Experience in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation

Skills in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with the local real estate market

Real estate license in South Carolina or ability to obtain one

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
