to lead impactful inclusion initiatives that shape our firm’s culture. This full‑time, exempt, hybrid role supports Associates, Partners, and Leadership across our Washington D.C., Los Angeles and San Francisco offices.

Salary Range:

$165,000 – $190,000 per year, based on skills and experience.

Location Requirements:

Washington, D.C. office (commutable within Washington D.C./Maryland/Virginia), Los Angeles and San Francisco offices (commutable within California).

Position Type:

Full Time, Exempt.

Hybrid Schedule:

Office 4 days/week (Mondays‑Thursdays) as needed.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

Propose and implement the firm’s inclusion program strategy, operationalizing delivery of programs and initiatives in collaboration with the Inclusion Committee and subcommittees.

Oversee administrative management of affinity group development, providing opportunities for engagement and building community for lawyers and allies.

Conduct one‑on‑one meetings with assigned attorneys to support them through all life‑cycle stages, and regularly discuss overall support with the team.

Drive affinity group efforts by managing monthly deliverables, follow‑ups, planning, and event execution in alignment with team goals.

Respond to client requests and industry benchmarking surveys with qualitative and quantitative data.

Data and Information Management

Ensure inclusion information and statistics are maintained and accessible.

Analyze work‑assignment data to promote equitable access to client opportunities.

Research and recommend technology tools to assist with work allocation, utilization, performance reviews, and development.

Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports as assigned.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

5+ years as an Inclusion Manager; law‑firm experience required.

Proficiency with HRIS, time‑keeper systems, and other talent systems to retrieve data.

Strong data and analytics skills to review metrics and drive initiatives.

Availability for extended hours, nights, and weekends as needed.

Precedent‑Setting Cases:

Clients turn to us for groundbreaking cases that require creative thinking.

Resourceful Deployment:

Ability to mobilize an “army of trial lawyers” when stakes are high.

High‑Profile Representation:

Experience working with major entities such as Bank of America, Edison International, Oaktree Capital Management, PG&E, and Berkshire Hathaway.
