$80k – $110k base range + discretionary bonus + comprehensive benefits. Location:
5 days onsite, Midtown, NYC. About the Role
As an Executive Assistant Floater, you’ll provide high-level support to various executives across departments, ensuring seamless daily operations. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and flexibility — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can quickly adapt to different working styles. Key Responsibilities
Manage complex and ever-changing calendars across multiple executives Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements Prepare and process expenses and invoices Handle correspondence, calls, and visitor logistics Support executives with daily priorities and shifting deadlines Provide coverage across departments as needed About You
Prior EA experience in a fast-paced, professional setting (Financial Services preferred) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Poised, professional, and comfortable interfacing with senior leadership Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
