We are looking for a full‑time Line Cook to grow and expand our food program. This position is ideally suited to a cook interested in taking a next step in their culinary journey.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Create and follow daily prep lists and ensure all ingredients are ready for service.

Cook and plate dishes to order with promptness, consistency, quality, and attention to detail.

Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.

Help with menu production and work with the GM to train staff on menu items and suggest wine pairings.

Develop new recipes and bring creativity to the kitchen.

Monitor quality, quantity, and pricing of all products received; make appropriate decisions or modifications when needed.

Regulate safe practices of employees and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Manage kitchen waste and support sustainability efforts.

Ensure optimum food quality and customer satisfaction.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.

Requirements

Minimum age: 21 years.

Knowledge of food and wine preferred.

Ability to work weekends, holidays, some evenings, and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Capability to lift, carry, or transport 40 pounds (a case of wine) is necessary.

Full‑time employment.

Salary $19–$21 per hour
