The Lead Bartender will spearhead the beverage program and ensure smooth, spirited operations during the busiest time of the year.
Job Description
Oversee the bar team and maintain cocktail quality & consistency.
Create and execute Miracle’s signature holiday cocktails; train staff on recipes.
Assist in batching, prep, inventory, and ordering.
Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction.
Support the Bar Manager in daily operations.
Qualifications
ATC Employee Server Permit.
2+ years high‑volume craft cocktail experience.
Leadership or training experience preferred.
Strong cocktail knowledge, batching skills, and attention to detail.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (seasonal).
Compensation
Competitive seasonal pay.
